White or yellowish crystalline powder, soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene, dichloroacetylene, insoluble in water and fatty hydrocarbon with the combustion temperature of 140°C and autogenous temperature of 290°C.
Application:
Used as the sulphidizing agent and accelerating agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Particularly applicable to butyl rubber.
